Title IV-Anti Discrimination Information
Nondiscrimination Policy-HB1775
Le Monde Charter School is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and lawful educational environment for all students, families, staff, and community members.
The school does not discriminate on the basis of race or sex. Our policies and practices prohibit bias, stereotyping, scapegoating, or treating individuals differently based solely on race or sex. Le Monde does not support or teach the idea that any race or sex is inherently superior, inferior, or responsible for the actions of others, nor do we require anyone to experience guilt, blame, or psychological distress because of their race or sex.
Le Monde continues to teach history, social studies, and all academic subjects in alignment with Oklahoma Academic Standards and applicable state and federal law. Instruction is designed to be factual, age‑appropriate, and respectful of all students.
The school complies fully with federal civil rights laws, including Title VI and Title IX, and applies those laws where distinctions are legally permitted, such as in athletics or facilities, consistent with the law.
Parents and guardians have the right to review curriculum and instructional materials, and the school respects the fundamental role of families in their child’s education.
Le Monde Charter School provides a clear process for reporting concerns or complaints related to discrimination. All reports are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled without retaliation.
