Le Monde International School Executive Director
Lance Seeright
With over 20 years of experience in education, Lance Seeright has been a driving force in school leadership, program development, and innovative academic design. Appointed as Executive Director of Le Monde International School in [year], he has guided the school through significant growth, earning national and international recognition, including the prestigious LabelFrancÉducation designation and the 2025 Building Hope Educational Innovation Award.
Mr. Seeright began his career in education as a substitute teacher in Florida before joining Poinciana High School as a special education teacher. His dedication to students and leadership potential quickly moved him into administrative roles, first as Dean of Students and later as Assistant Principal. Alongside his administrative duties, he also coached football, wrestling, and weightlifting, building competitive programs rooted in discipline, resilience, and teamwork.
In 2012, Mr. Seeright relocated to Oklahoma to serve as Principal of Santa Fe South High School, where he led the school’s academic programs. In 2018, he played a foundational role in establishing Le Monde International School, helping to design its language immersion program and build its reputation as a leader in multilingual, culturally rich education.

Mr. Seeright holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. He has shared his expertise at both state and national levels, presenting for the U.S. State Department and speaking at the Transformational Education Conference in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
