Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1992 and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. He has worked in data analysis and database management for over 20 years.
